RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item/s in its original packaging, or similar and in original condition, together with any outer bag, label and any accessories.
To arrange a collection please email me and I will contact UPS. Alternatively, please e mail me and take the package to your nearest UPS Collection Point.
No refund will be given if the item/s are used, damaged/partly damaged, stained, scratched, etc.
A full refund will be given on receipt of the item/s in perfect condition. Delivery and Collection charges will NOT be refunded. There will be a fourteen (14) turnaround period before the refund is issued.
You can request a refund up to thirty (30) days after receipt of the item/s.
If you wish to to exchange an item you will need to return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order.
All merchandise is subject to a strict quality control prior to despatch, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com with a full explanation and photograph of the faulty item.
Metal attachments – hooks, rivets, rings, etc., with the exception of zips, are guaranteed for two (2) years.
Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
An invoice will be sent by e mail and on receipt of payment the item/s will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours (see above).
A Transport Code will be sent to you.
The delivery will be made by UPS to the address stated on the Order or you may collect your goods from your nearest UPS Collection Point.
